Camping

A camping pitch is included in your entry fee. We have a large and mainly flat grass field with easy access.

Please follow the instructions from the Gather team upon arrival.

The camping is on site at Zero Neuf for ease of access. Make sure you pack everything you’d normally need for camping (tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, tarp, torch etc.).

As a ‘leave no trace’ event, we’d love you to make your way to the event by train and bike but appreciate for some this will not be possible. For those of you arriving by car and motorhomes, all vehicles must be parked in the camping field. Please ensure the hand brake is on and the vehicle is in gear.

Zero Neuf is located in a protected area and it is also a family home. Sustainability is hugely important to us so please limit the amount of single use plastic you bring to the event and help to keep the site clean using the bins provided – remember the ‘leave no trace’ philosophy of the event.

There will be dry toilets on site and fresh water will be available (which we ask you to use responsibly).

The river that passes the bottom of the campsite is a lovely place to swim, cool off and clean down but please DO NOT use any harmful substances. Likewise, please do not use any of the natural water sources on site – they maintain a sensitive ecosystem.

Please note: no gazeebos/e-zee-ups. We can not guarantee everyone will anchor theirs down and a runaway gazeebo can cause thousands of pounds worth of damage to other vehicles and property as well as being a danger to any person in its path. We will allow awnings that are fixed to motorhomes and vans to be erected.

Please note: lock your bicycle and possessions up. Ideally inside your vehicle (if you have one) using heavy duty chains and ‘D’ stlye locks, if possible secure to anchor points inside your vehicle and cover up with blankets etc. Do not leave your bike on top or on the back of your vehicle. We would also like to make you aware when cycling around the event to do so in a safe and proper manner as we expect a large number of pedestrians of all ages to be in attendance. We always advise you to wear a helmet when riding your bicycle. When riding at night, we would also advise both front and rear lights.
